The new Ambrogio 4.36 Elite 4WD is a four-wheeled drive variant of the successful Ambrogio 4.36 Elite robotic lawn mower. This new model can tackle steeper slopes than before, with a maximum slope of 55% at the perimeter wire compared to 20% previously. It can still cover up to 6000 m², making it perfect for large open spaces.
The front wheels are independently driven using the same technology as the Ambrogio QUAD, providing superior control and manoeuvrability. The ZCS technology allows for remote control over the internet, enabling the robot to be paused, restarted, sent back to base, or sent to another area of the garden with a simple click on your smartphone. The Geofence Alarm feature is also available, which will trigger an alarm if the robot mower is taken outside of a predetermined area, deterring potential thieves.
If your garden is larger than 6000 m² and has steep slopes, the +Infinity Cutting System allows multiple mowers to work in the same area using one perimeter wire. The Ambrogio 4.36 4WD also allows for remote changing of the cutting height, making it a convenient feature.

Installation
This robot requires installation of a perimeter wire.
We use our specialist cable-laying machine to neatly bury the wire, 1 – 2 inches below the surface of the lawn with no mess.
Installation assumes:
– The grass is cut/short prior to installation.
– An outdoor socket is in near proximity to the desired base station location.
– The perimeter wire route is 100% turfed.
